Course Completion Timeline:

You are allocated sixty days from enrollment to complete the course. Beyond this timeframe, your access will be terminated, and your user data will be purged from the LMS, denying further platform access. A reminder email will be dispatched seven days before your access expiration, urging the completion of any pending course material. Note that extensions to this duration are not feasible.

Course Objective Clarification:

This course is not the obligatory course (12, 25, or 40 hours for chiropractic, according to current statutes) needed for your licensing examination. Instead, it is an independent exam preparation tool designed to sharpen your test-taking prowess and enhance your performance in the DIR QME exam. Through question simulations and mock exams that emulate the actual examination environment, you will gain exposure to over one thousand meticulously curated questions derived from pertinent study materials.

Performance Guarantee:

While we are confident in the potential improvement of your knowledge and test-taking strategies, we cannot assure exam passage. Success is contingent upon your commitment to thoroughly studying and memorizing the material and completing the course. Engaging in live classes offered by EZ QME could further increase your chances of success.

Pass or Free Retake Guarantee:

Suppose you complete our program and fail to pass the QME exam. In that case, we offer a complimentary reactivation of your account for the subsequent session review, subject to the following conditions:

1. Course Completion: You must finalize the entire course and acquire a completion certificate before the 60-day expiration of your account. This certificate is a prerequisite for new account activation; no deviations from this policy are permitted.

2. Failure Notification: A letter from the Governor (indeed, from Gavin Newsom) confirming your exam failure must be submitted.

3. Verification of Results: Account reactivation is contingent upon the publication of official results, with the account needing to be registered under the same name as the original certificate, corroborated by public licensing records.

Fulfilling these criteria will result in a 60-day reactivation of your account for upcoming review sessions, with a personalized one-to-one online session upon request to customize a remediation strategy. Our ultimate aim is your success.

Account Usage and Security:

The sharing of account credentials is strictly prohibited, with active measures in place to eliminate unrecognized users and restrict access from non-California IP addresses. If access from outside California is necessary, prior notification via email is required to authorize state access. Any discrepancies in participant information may lead to temporary account suspension pending verification, with non-verification within 24 hours resulting in account deletion.

Privacy and Data Protection:

Your personal information will remain confidential and not be disclosed to any third parties unaffiliated with the Pass QME review. Despite our efforts to safeguard your data, we cannot assume liability for breaches or security incidents impacting our servers or LMS. By proceeding with your registration, you recognize this risk and consent to share only publicly available information.

Content Integrity and Originality:

PassQME is an autonomous entity with no affiliations to personnel from the DIR, Pearson Vue, or their intermediaries. Our exam questions are developed through rigorous research, probability analysis, and extensive online review experience, ensuring a broad coverage of potential exam topics. All course materials are derived from publicly accessible DIR resources, adhering to standard test creation methodologies to align with exam content.

Intellectual Property and Conduct:

Copying, sharing, or reproducing course materials is strictly forbidden. The provided materials are intended solely for personal and educational use as a study aid for the QME exam. Additional Provisions:

Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email within 5 minutes. If it is still not there, then re-do the process.

You will move forward, and a screen saying that you have been verified will pop up.

Press continues, and you will move to the next screen.
